La communaut\u00e9 Emma\u00fcs de Saint-Nazaire a d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 en 2019, de Trignac vers la Zone de Brais \u00e0 Saint-Nazaire.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h6>\n

C\u2019est Emma\u00fcs qui nous a contact\u00e9 en octobre de la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e pour nous proposer d\u2019\u00e9quiper de panneaux photovolta\u00efques les toits de leurs futurs b\u00e2timents neufs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Depuis la fin 2021, deux nouveaux b\u00e2timents ont en effet \u00e9t\u00e9 construits\u00a0: un b\u00e2timent exposition-vente et b\u00e2timent tri-stockage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h6>\n
L\u2019ensemble repr\u00e9sentant une surface totale de toits d\u2019environ 1 600 m\u00b2.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h6>\n
Ce sont des toits plats avec une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 bitumineuse.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h6>\n
L\u2019inauguration du site par la communaut\u00e9 Emma\u00fcs a eu lieu le 23 f\u00e9vrier 2022 et l\u2019ouverture au public le 26 f\u00e9vrier.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n
C’est sur le b\u00e2timent exposition-vente que le champ solaire photovolta\u00efque a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 en 2023, 630 m\u00b2 de panneaux pour une puissance totale de 130 KWc. C’est \u00e0 dire 321 panneaux de 450 Wc.<\/span><\/span><\/h6>\n
\u00a0<\/h6>\n
Ces panneaux vont produire 145 000 KWh par an, ce qui \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 la consommation de 123 foyers (hors chauffage et eau chaude)<\/span><\/span><\/h6>\n

Comme pour tous nos projets, la SAS CoWatt sera propri\u00e9taire et\u00a0 g\u00e9rera l\u2019installation et la maintenance de la centrale.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

L\u2019investissement total pour CoWatt, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019environ 149 000 euros dont 30\u00a0% de fonds citoyens, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire 44 700 euros r\u00e9unis par 70 souscripteurs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n

C\u2019est ce financement citoyen qui a conditionn\u00e9 l\u2019obtention du pr\u00eat.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

L\u2019inauguration a eu lieu le 6 mai 2023. Une belle f\u00eate ! Avec la remise du Label \u00e9nergie partag\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Ce projet a inject\u00e9 ses premiers \u00e9lectrons le 23 f\u00e9vrier 2024.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
